In order to receive the discounted price listed above, a reservation is REQUIRED...and ONE person must pay for the entire group at arrival.  If the whole group has not arrived, please have the group leader provide the "Parties & Groups" window with a list of who is paid for. If your group is tax-exempt, please bring a completed tax-exempt form with you to Admissions.

Birthday Parties & Other Special Events

**Every person in the party is required to have a wristband to enter the courtyard.  When the party host checks in at Admissions, please provide the "Parties & Groups" window with your guest list of who is paid for.  As the guests come in, please let them know to check in at that same window to receive their wristband.  ALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE AT THE LINK BELOW.

PARTY PACKAGES

Package 1- ($125.00 + tax) includes:
~A private tent for a three-hour period
~General Admission for 10 people
~Each extra person general admission + tax

Package 2- ($185.00 + tax) includes:
~A private tent for a three-hour period
~General Admission for 10 people
~$60 in tokens
~Each extra person general admission + 4 Maze Money tokens + tax
 
ONLY THE GUESTS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR SHOULD BE COUNTED IN THE HEADCOUNT.

**NOTE: A credit card is required for deposits for reservations. The credit card will not be charged until the day of your reservation. If you choose to pay by personal or business check or cash on the reservation day, the card will not be charged at all. A 72 hour cancellation notice is required in order to avoid cancellation fees. If cancelled within 72 hours of reservation, the credit card information will be charged for 20% of the reservation total.  Thank you!

Who should be included in the headcount?:
Please only reserve the number that you are willing to pay for. If you do not intend to pay for them, they are not to be counted in the headcount. If you have anyone in your group coming who is 3 and under, they are free and should NOT be included in the pricing for the party packages.

What is the minimum?:  The minimum is 10 people and the maximum is 50.  Example 1:  If you reserved a spot for 20 guests and only 15 show up, you will only be charged for the 15 guests.  Example 2:  If you reserved a spot for 10 guests and only 8 show up, you will be charged for 10 guests.

Clean-up:
 A $50.00 clean-up fee will be charged to the card that you used for your reservation if your reserved area is not left the way it was found.

Decorations: You may decorate for your special event; however it may not be decorated prior to your reservation time. There will be other reservations scheduled before and after yours.

Food & Drinks: Concessions are available at Fiddlesticks Farms, or you may order a pizza to be delivered from CiCi’s pizza. (Please see pizza information below). You may bring in a cake or cupcakes, or have a Fiddlesticks Farms cake delivered. (Please see cake information below). A cooler of drinks may be brought in; however it must not contain glass or alcohol. All food and drinks must be carried in through admissions.

Weather:
Extreme, unforeseen weather can force us to close at any time. If you are in doubt about the weather conditions, please call 432-687-MAZE before departing for Fiddlesticks Farms.

Attire: Dress comfortably as if you are going camping. No sandals or flip flops. Wear shoes conducive to walking. Remember that you will be on a farm, so dress appropriately for the best experience.

Restrooms: We have men's and women's porta potties along with a handicap/family porta potty located throughout our property.

Hand washing Station: A hand washing station is located next to the porta potties and the farm animals.

Forms of Payment: Fiddlesticks Farms accepts cash and credit cards.

CiCi's Pizza would love to deliver pizzas to your special event!



~Large- 15” single topping pizzas- $4.99 each
(Additional toppings- $1.50 each)
Topping choices: Extra Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Italian-Style Sausage, Pineapple, Onions, Beef Toppings, Jalapenos, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Green Olives, and Anchovies.
~Large- 15” specialty pizzas- $4.99 each
Topping choices: Spinach Alfredo, Alfredo, Zesty Pepperoni, Zesty Ham & Cheddar, BBQ, Buffalo Chicken, Mexican Style Ole, Classic Chicken, and Mac & Cheese.

Have a Fiddlesticks Farms Cake delivered to your childs party!



You choose the size, the cake flavor, and the icing flavor to have the Fiddlesticks Farms 2009 maze design decorated on it!

¼ sheet- 20-24 people- $25.00
½ sheet- 35-48 people- $40.00
Full sheet- 96 people- $70.00

Cake Flavor: Chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, marble, or lemon.
Icing Flavor: Chocolate or vanilla butter cream icing OR chocolate or vanilla whipped icing.

Cake order must be turned in at least 1 week prior to party date.
